天鵝颱風從東部海面擦邊而過，屏縣境內風雨零星，偶有陽光露臉，進港避風漁船在港區停靠，外籍漁工歡喜賺到颱風假，三五成群在船上閒話家常；相較之下，民宿業者笑不出來，周休2日東琉線停駛，預計到小琉球旅遊民眾全被拒於門外，業者損失慘重。
昨天上午東港地區無風無雨，外籍漁工乾脆在碼頭拿起針線，一針一線地補破網，服務不同船公司同鄉趁颱風假開心喜相逢，趁機會相約聊天，難得悠閒。
恆春半島出現間歇雨勢，由於發布海上颱風警報，海邊依規定拉起封鎖線禁止進入，遊客僅能隔線拍照，水上遊憩活動全暫停，加上退房遊客，連續幾個颱風遇上周休假期，讓相關業者直呼受災慘重。
東港、小琉球交通船停駛，同樣影響地方觀光產業嚴重，船業者試算，每逢周末平均1日可載遊客2000人，颱風剛好在假日，2天來回船票少近1百萬元；原本客滿民宿因交通船停駛全部泡湯，業者有苦難言，只能將眼淚往內吞。
